This is a collaborative session where Luana engages with you to uncover the essence of your style, preferences, and aspirations for your space. Whether your project is a new build, a model home or Interior redecorating this is still an essential step. This is typically a two hour on-site meeting. This is the time when the designer has the opportunity to offer her ideas and suggestions, get to know the scope of your project, and answer any of your questions. Also, this phase will allow us to provide a detailed proposal for the next phase of our process.

We will provide design direction which includes architectural finishes and colour schemes for furniture, furnishings, millwork, etc. Our team will prepare detailed plans, elevations, details, and/or sketches as required by the design. We will prepare a detailed presentation package including a complete drawing set as well as storyboard and all the fun samples for you to see, touch and feel at the presentation!
